Welcome to my portfolio, an extremely abridged account of the last 17 years I spent making pretty websites and brands for big international businesses in the European digital design scene.

Each project below has been hand-picked to illustrate the ‘skills I use to pay the bills’, from classic corporate websites through to eCommerce, apps, fashion, and branding. On each of the following projects, I directed the job and also produced the initial design visions that were later put into production by my team.

Refining an already refined brand. My solution to the question, ‘What is “modern luxury”?’ and how does it look in an eCommerce context.

My redesign for Europe‘s oldest museum dedicated to the culture, religion and history of the Jewish people.

Birkenstock invites famous designers to redesign their iconic shoes. I was invited to redesign their website.

Signals of Hope

The brand I designed for the 2020 Frankfurter Buchmesse (the world's largest trade fair for books). Because of the Corona Virus the 2020 Buchmesse was the first Buchmesse event to not take place physically in Frankfurt since its founding 500 years ago.

‘The Apple of power tools‘ Hilti commissioned me and my team to redesign their massive online store.

A fitness tracking app designed to help the people of Hamburg become more active through inter-suburb competition.

My site redesign for Germany‘s most admired and respected national supermarket chain.

My brand refresh for the ‘cosmetic active ingredients’ arm of the world renowned performance materials and pharmaceutical company Merck.
